Order Cancellation Eligibility
To cancel an order, it must be in an unshipped status. Once shipped, follow the return process.
Returns Process
1. Log in to your account
2. Go to the returns page or refund policy page and click "Request Return".
3. If the return request is approved, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label.
4. You need to send back the product using the provided shipping label.
5. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.

Exchange or return within 30 days of delivery.
Items should be unworn, undamaged, with original tags.
Free returns for US orders over $100, $5 fee for orders under $100.
QA
Can I exchange my order more than once?
No, we offer free returns on US orders over $100. For additional exchanges, please set up a return for a full refund (minus any original shipping fee) and place a new order.
How do I send back my items?
To facilitate exchanges or returns, please use the original packaging.
Avoid combining returns from multiple orders in one package. If you receive separate return shipping labels, send back the items in separate boxes.
ecora is not responsible for non-ecora items returned.
Refund Time
Typically, you will see the refund amount within 10 business days of receiving the returned product. Processing time may vary by bank.
Exchange Process
1. To exchange, click on the order, select new size/color, go through return process.
2. Availability Check: We will issue an authorization for return if replacement product is in stock.
3. Shipping: You are responsible for shipping the original product back to us. We cover costs for exchanges due to our error.
Damage Issues
Reporting: Contact customer service immediately with photos of damaged product.
Resolution: Replacement product or full refund based on availability and preference.
Package Loss
Notification: Contact customer service with order number and tracking info.
Investigation: Carrier initiates investigation into lost package.
Resolution: Reship or refund based on confirmation of package loss and preference.
