What is the return policy if the lingerie doesn't fit me?

Regular items may be returned or exchanged within 7 days from the date of delivery provided that the item is in the good condition with the original packaging , and accessories included.

How long does it take to process an order for lingerie items?
|
Typically, we start processing orders within 1-2 business days after receiving them. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next working day.

When can I expect my order to be delivered?
|
We process orders within 2 day of receipt, and ship from Quezon, Metro Manila, J&T express or Flash Express.
- Metro Manila: Orders are usually received within three days.
- Outside Metro Manila: Orders are usually received within five to seven days.

How can I cancel an order that has already been placed?

Order Cancellation Process
1. Locate and click on the order for which you want to view the details.
2. If the order is eligible for cancellation, the "Cancel Order" button will be displayed within 15 minutes after the order is placed.
3. Click "Cancel Order".
4. Select the reason for canceling the order from the provided options.
5. Click "Confirm and Process" to proceed with the cancellation request.
6. Once all steps are completed, click "Complete" to finalize the cancellation process.
Note:
If the order has already been dispatched from our warehouse, cancellation is not feasible. Certain payment methods may restrict order cancellations.

How long does it take to receive a refund once a return is made?

How can I track the status of my order? |
To track your order, please use the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email and check it on the logistic website.

Returns Process

2. Go to the returns page or refund policy page and click "Request return".
3. If the return request is approved, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label.
4. You need to send back the product using the provided shipping label.
5. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.
