- Go to the returns page or refund policy page and click "Request Return".
- If the return request is approved, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label.
- You need to send back the product using the provided shipping label.
- After the product is returned, you receive a refund.

Avoid combining returns from multiple orders in one package. If you receive separate return shipping labels, send back the items in separate boxes.
